My approach to counselling is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and multifaceted, designed to support you in regaining health and balance—both emotionally and physically.
Hello, I’m Michelle, a Masters-prepared certified Nurse Psychotherapist (CNP/CPN) dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life with compassion and expertise. Throughout my career, I’ve encountered many people who reach out during times of transition or distress.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life changes, grappling with mental or physical health challenges, or seeking clarity in your decision-making, I’m here to help. My clients often include individuals facing complicated situations that may involve personal struggles or family dynamics, as well as those dealing with work or school pressures.
I understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes it feels like too much to bear. My goal is to create a safe and respectful space where we can explore your experiences together. With patience and a good sense of humour, I strive to make our sessions engaging and supportive. I believe that healing can be a journey filled with hope and laughter.
Together, we’ll focus on maximizing your health during stressful times and setting achievable goals for the present and future. Whether it’s managing personal issues, navigating family relationships, addressing grief and isolation, or tackling work and school challenges, I’m equipped to guide you through it all.
I also recognize the importance of collaboration in the healing process. I work alongside a broad range of other professionals and can help you navigate additional resources within the healthcare system to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
If you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or alone, know that you don’t have to face this journey by yourself. I invite you to consider me as your therapist—a partner committed to helping you move toward a more balanced life filled with emotional clarity, energy, and motivation.
Taking the first step toward wellness is an act of courage. If you’re ready to explore how we can work together to achieve your goals, please reach out.
